Cale Policies
The camp director reserves the right to remove any camper from the program who, in his opinion, is a hazard to the safety and
rights of others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable controls of the camp. This may range from dismissal from an
activity to complete dismissal from the camp (without refund) depending on the situation.
Arrival/Departure
Campers should arrive between 4:00 and 4:30 pm on Sunday afternoon. Please note, campers cannot check in before this time, so
it is not necessary to arrive earlier than 4:00 pm. Parents/Guardians are asked to leave the camp no later than 5:00 pm so that
camp may begin. Dinner will be served to campers on Sunday evening.
We ask that there be no visitors during the camp week as this can interfere with camp programming. Should you need to come to
the campus during the week, please contact the main office in advance so that we may be prepared for your arrival, and proceed
directly to the main office upon arrival. Feel free to call the office throughout the week to check on your camper.
We ask that campers stay the entire week of camp. Having campers leave and return negatively impacts the camp experience for
all campers. Please arrange any appointments, practices, etc. so that they do not interfere with the camp week.
Closing worship will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday with checkout to follow (all are invited to attend). All campers should clear the campus no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Please bring a photo ID to pick-up your camper.
Every possible means will be made to deal discretely, kindly, and effectively with homesickness. Calls for homesickness will not be
made after 8:00 pm.
