HCG Open Event – Thursday 21 May
The next HCG Open Event will be on Thursday 21 May 5-8pm.
As previously this will be an opportunity for HCG staff to see
the campus and meet colleagues as well as being a time when
prospective students can enquire about courses on offer from
September 2015. We anticipate that the number of visitors
may be low for this event.
On Wednesday 17 June 2015 we had an Adults Learners’
Event planned. HCG will now join us and this will become the
June Open Event. On this occasion, we will be doing some of
our own publicity on top of anything HCG are doing. We will
also have additional activities. We hope that this will generate
more visitors to Campus.
HCG Open Events in June and July
Wednesday 17 June, 5pm to 8pm
Thursday 23 July, 5pm to 8pm
Charity Walk
There is still time to donate for a charity walk that Karl

Help Improve your Student Experience - Reminder
Student Engagement and Students’ Mental Health Research
Project
I’m conducting research as part of my Postgraduate Diploma
and need your help. The aim of the research is to understand
more about student engagement from the perspective of you,
the students, and to see whether students’ mental health
plays a role in their level of engagement. With your feedback I
will provide recommendations, with the intention of
implementing them in my role as Student Experience Team
Leader, on how we can support you to increase your level of
engagement. The questionnaire can be found on this link
https://hull.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/student-engagement, will
take around 10 minutes to fill in and is completely
anonymous.
If you have any questions about the research please feel free
to contact me via email at [email protected].
Thank you
Stephanie Baker, Student Experience Team Leader
