1. For details, visit on website www.canttboardjabalpur.org.in. Tender document including terms and conditions will be
available to see/download on or after 24.04.2015. These are on line E-tendering bids, all documents will be send in
scanned copy on website (http://eprocure.gov.in). Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility criteria for contractor are as follows.
(a) Solvency Certificate/Bank Guarantee for 50% of the cost of work.
(b) Certificate / List of the similar works showing with cost executed in various departments, private and public
sectors must be submitted.
(c) Latest Income Tax Clearance/PAN or TIN /Service tax registration / EPF registration.
(d) Registration Certificate from MES/PWD/CPWD/Railway/Cantt Board of the appropriate class / Category.
Contractors not enlisted with Cantt Board will be required to enclose necessary documents to prove their
eligibility as given above including affidavit for no recovery outstanding from the concerned Department.
(e) List of technical staff employed.
(f) Any bids received without any of the above enclosures and after the due date and time will be rejected summarily.
(g) The DD/Banker’s cheque (only CTC) for in respect of Cost of Tender Form in favor of CEO, Cantt. Board
Jabalpur.
(h) The Earnest Money/Security deposit is only accepted in the form of FDr.
3. Tenderers have to submit original copies of Tender fee and EMD, and must bring original documents of eligibility
criteria mentioned above at the date and time of opening of prequalification for verification, mentioned against the
tender for which the contractor has placed his bid.
Conditional tenders shall not be accepted. The CEO / Cantt Board reserve the right to accept or reject any
application if found to be lacking in any of the above requirements.The Board / undersigned reserve the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
