Laboratory Services
Outpatient Radiology Services and
Walk-in Lab Services are available
at the Carter Imaging Center
located near the hospital at 151
Colonia de Salud. Services include:
CT, X-ray, 3D Mammography, PET/
CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine,
DEXA Scanning.

We have 4 operating suites,
1 cardiac catheterization lab,
12 pre- and post-procedures
rooms, 3 rooms for endoscopy,
bronchoscopy, pain clinic
procedures, and 7 Post Anesthesia
Care Unit beds. Canyon Vista
Medical Center is equipped to
handle a wide range of surgical
and endoscopy services to include
Bronchoscopy, Endoscopy,
General Surgery, Gynecological
Surgery, Arthroscopic Surgery,
Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology,
Urology, Manometry, Podiatry,
Laser Surgery, Dental/Oral Surgery,

Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Recognized as an Arizona Cardiac
Receiving Center, our cardiac
catheterization lab provides the
following services: diagnostic right
and left heart catheterization, intraaortic balloon pump, temporary
pacemaker placement, and
procedural education.

Acute Care
Hospital-wide telemetry coverage
makes it possible for telemetry
monitoring from anywhere in
the hospital.

Progressive Care Unit
Our 8-bed Progressive Care
Unit provides a smooth transition
from the ICU.

Intensive Care Unit
Our 12-bed Intensive Care Unit
provides life support therapies for
critically ill patients.

Women & Children’s Services
We have a triage area where
arriving mothers are assessed
prior to admission, 7 labor and
delivery rooms, 14 postpartum
rooms where mothers stay until
discharge, 8 antepartum rooms
where women are observed
