EagleView can capture measurements in any weather condition and is guaranteed accurate! 14 CAP EagleView EagleView Q: How do I request a report? A: You request a report from your branch. The branch then logs into EV and orders the report. The report is then invoiced. 15 CAP EagleView EagleView Q: What information is needed to request/complete a report? A: A complete address is needed to request/complete the report. Q: How long does it take to receive a report, once the order is placed? A: The report is usually completed within 24 hours. 16 CAP EagleView EagleView Q: How is the report delivered to me? A: The report can be hand delivered (preferred method), faxed, emailed or mailed. Q: How/when am I charged for the report? A: SRS has the account with EV. Concierge and VIP members have the opportunity, at the discretion of the Branch Manager, to have a dedicate, inside sales person. 23 CAP Dedicated Sales Support Dedicated Sales Support: Q: How will I know who my Dedicated Sales Person is? A: The TM or BM will contact the Contractor and make the formal introduction. This can be done in person, (preferred method), via email or…this is another opportunity for us to show you how we are focused on ways to help you run your business more efficiently. 24 CAP Quick Project Quotes Quick Project Quotes: Concierge and VIP level members will be given priority when requesting quotes. Q: What restrictions apply? A: This benefit is at the discretion of the Branch Manager. We’re suggesting orders be <200 squares, response time < four hours, no commercial or special manufacturer requests. 25 CAP Express Line Express Line: At the discretion of the Branch Manager, Concierge and VIP level members could receive “special treatment” - recognized and serviced ASAP.
