Cancellation Deadline

If cancelation is requested on or after September 17, 2015, organizations will be

* Organization representatives are asked to arrive at least one hour prior to the event on the
day of the event for check-in and set-up. MSU Career Services provides shuttle van between
the OVERFLOW event parking lot (66A) and the Stadium between 1:00 – 7 PM.
Cancelation Policy:
Please be aware that the latest possible date to cancel registration with a full refund is 5PM
EST September 16, 2015. Cancellation requests received on and after September 17, 2015
will not be refunded. All written cancellations must be sent to Maya Craft at
[email protected].

"payment method" and complete the registration process.

1) Go to https://commerce.cashnet.com/msu_3004_careerevents (cut and paste)
2) Click on Career Fair /Event Payments
3) Choose correct event if not listed choose general events
4) Fill out the requested information and add to basket once completed
5) Check out and make payment

Parking and Material Drop-off:
Step 1: Drop off materials at Spartan Stadium curbside (Lot 61)
Pull along the curbside located directly west of the stadium in Lot 61. Remain with your
vehicle and our Student Ambassadors will assist you with unloading your materials. Proceed
to 66A or 69 to park.
Note: With the exception of spaces requiring a disability placard or plate, spaces within Lot
61 are reserved for MSU employees who have an MSU employee permit.
Step 2: Park in 66A (FREE) or Lot 69 (FREE)
Use of Lots 66A and 69 for this event is allowed from Noon—8 PM. Please refer to the map
below for locations. Access to Lots 66A and Lot 69 is located off Kalamazoo Street via Lot
66A. See “Parking Reminders” below for parking details.

The MSU Career Services will provide a shuttle bus between parking lots 66A & 69 and the
Spartan Stadium from 1 PM to 7 PM. Pick-up/Drop-off is located at the northeast corner of
Lot 66A (orange star).
PARKING REMINDERS:
• Parking is only valid in parking spaces within the paved portions of Lots 66A and 69 that are
not signed for specific use or marked otherwise. Vehicles illegally parked on campus (e.g.
parking on hash marks, in a University vehicle or lease space, outside a space, along a curb,
in the grass, in gravel/dirt, obstructing traffic, in an accessible space without a valid disability
placard or plate) are subject to enforcement.
• Employers may park in 66A & 69 between NOON -8 PM.
• Vehicles must be removed from Lots 66A and 69 by 8 PM on October 7, 2015.
Shipping Information:
OPTION 1: Ship with MSU University Services Logistics (shipping label)
MSU University Services Logistics is available to provide handle shipping and delivery
services at this event. Items will be delivered directly to your booth and picked up from your
booth after the event using your preferred carrier. This services is an additional cost of $45
(not including carrier charges).
Shipping packages TO the event:
Include the event name, event date, date materials will arrive, and the number of packages
being delivered to Logistics and returning to you. Please arrange for your packages to arrive
at Logistics one to five business days prior to the event.

Logistics will retrieve your packages after the event and arrange pick up by the delivery
service provider you have specified UPS, FedEx, etc.). Prepaid return shipment labels are
required. Affix the labels to the packages and make a note of the tracking number.

Please ensure your attending representatives are AWARE of this information:
 You may ship materials and displays to the event venue, and will be responsible for
arranging for the pickup as well as taking care of any other details, including being
present when their scheduled pick-up driver comes to pick up their package.
 MSU Career Services will NOT be responsible and cannot be held liable for any
packages that are lost or stolen.
 MSU Career Services will NOT handle the return of any shipments if you choose this
option.
