Carlow Arts Festival extends an invitation for applicants to add to the richness of a vibrant street carnival to be held in Carlow town over the June bank holiday weekend. Arts, crafts and artisan food suppliers are encouraged to apply. Each application will be accessed on its own merit under the following selection criteria; quality of products, visual presentation, diversity, uniqueness of offering. Successful applicants are entitled to one permit for one street trading pitch. The cost of this three day permit is €400. You must supply your own power source if needed and all GENERATORS MUST BE SILENT. Name :

Please note: Shops and businesses permanently located on the street will be given priority, any trade stand offering comparable products will only be permitted if the products contribute to the existing streetscape. Proof of sending post/email/SMS, making a phone call or completing an online entry, is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. The decision of Carlow Arts Festival is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Carlow Arts Festival reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the offer without prior notice. Traders may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Carlow Arts Festival reserves the right to use their names, photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
