Our trainee scheme will give you the opportunity to train as a civil engineer, quantity surveyor or construction manager. From day one, our programme is designed to give you the best mentored, relevant and practical experience in parallel with academic study, tailored to suit your chosen career. We offer a fully funded five-year school leaver scheme where, on completion, you will gain a qualification as either a quantity surveyor, civil engineer or construction manager. Joining our trainee scheme is easy! All we require is that you are over 16 years of age and have achieved; Civil Engineering BSc (Hons) Environmental Civil Engineering accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE) and The Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT). It’s not all about study and exams though. When you’re not in University you’ll be putting into practice what you’ve learned by working with experienced colleagues on a range of high profile projects.
