“Royal Canin Young Professionals” TRAINEE PROGRAM IN FINANCE We are looking for talented and highly motivated newly graduates / students of last years for our Graduate Program “Royal Canin Young Professionals” in Finance Department starting in June 2015. As a member of the program you get the opportunity to get valuable experience from an international company. You will spend up to 6 months of the program in our site in Niepolomice on dedicated project. Currently we are looking for 2 trainees! First trainee will join the Market Finance co-piloting team to support achievement of our ambition of serving more pets. He/she will be dedicated to our key initiative of Trade Promotion Excellence, translating the playbook and strategy into a sustainable business process. Close collaboration with sales and marketing team will be a critical success factor of this Mars Business Experience project. The trainee will also join task groups established to investigate future business opportunities, where he/she will apply a start-up approach to justify strategic re-alignment of the business to the Market Leadership Team. We estimate the experience to last min. 3 months with a preference to 6 months. Second trainee will join the Financial Controller’s team to engage into improving our financial processes and governance. Project will be focusing on understanding the business processes and control around them, supporting of the documenting and optimizing of the processes in line with the Efficiency principle. He/she will perform validation of the critical points of control via both: system and compensating controls. Responsibilities will also include collaboration with the Internal Audit process. Commitment to Quality and open communication with stakeholders will be critical in this role. After the audit the trainee will be responsible to address the report-out findings with initiating projects and defining the solutions. Finally a follow-up of the audit and report to the Market Leadership Team based upon it will frame the project. We estimate the experience to last min. 3 months with a preference to 6 months.
