ICSCC Road Racing:
The Cascade Sports Car Club is a member of the International Conference of Sports Car Clubs
(ICSCC). The ICSCC is the largest sports car racing sanctioning body in the Northwest. Founded in
1957, the ICSCC provides administrative and competition regulatory services to its member clubs in
Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia.
With over 40 different classes of cars, from custom built sports racers to production cars competing
in each race event, you'll find something for every interest and pocketbook. Add close competition
and full grids of cars, and you'll quickly see Conference racing with Cascade is a great choice
whether you're a beginning driver or seasoned veteran.
The ICSCC Novice Program is how you get started racing. The first step to earning your Novice
racing license is to take a race Driver Training course. These are offered several times each year by
each Conference member club. You can go to the Driver Training page on out website for
information about our schools and High Performance Driver's Events (HPDE). You can go to the
ICSCC websitewww.icscc.com for addition information about getting an ICSCC license. ICSCC also
recognizes and accepts competitor's licenses from nearly all sanctioning racing bodies, so if you
already have a license, come out and race with us. We would make you feel very welcome and give
you good clean fun racing competition.
Once you have successfully completed your race driver's training prerequisites (for example by
completing CSCC Driver's Training with an "OK to Apply" stamp on your certificate), you may apply
for your ICSCC Novice Racing License. More information about ICSCC Novice racing program can be
found at www.icscc.com/novice.php
