I. Description of Equipment
This machinery consists of an air-spring pneuma2c column li3 table. The unit comes
complete with a hand-ac2vated valve for raising and lowering the li3 table.

IV. Set-up Instructions
1. Posi2on li3 table on floor at desired loca2on.
2. Un-band all associated components (control valve stand, dirt leg, etc.) and posi2on
at own discre2on. Hand control valve assemblies and dirt leg assemblies will
require securing to the floor or column, respec2vely.
3. Connect air lines from control panels to base of li3 to corresponding numbers
labeled.
4. Connect 1/2” diameter airline to control valve.
Note: customer is responsible for providing adequate safety markings at operator
and fork truck loca2ons.

V. Operating Instructions
Li3ing Unit
1. To Raise Unit/Container:
Ac2vate hand control valve. Push up un2l desired height is reached or un2l upstops are reached.
2. To Lower Unit/Container:
Ac2vate hand control valve. Push down un2l posi2ve down-stops are engaged.
3. Air Pressure Adjustment:
Mounted inside the li3 is a pressure regula2ng valve that has been preset at the
factory at 80 PSI to prevent over-pressuriza2on of the air spring. DO NOT
RE-ADJUST POSITION.
VI. Service and Maintenance
To Replace Air Spring on Li3s (make sure unit is unloaded):
1. Raise plaForm to full height.
2. Raise and place blocks between plaForm frame and floor.
3. Drain air line to table and lock out.
4. Remove air inlet plumbing and air spring mount bolts and air spring bolts.
5. To reinstall, reverse the above procedure.
VII. Troubleshooting

Check that the air supply line is connected to the
control valve and that the air supply line is on.
Check to see that the control valve is operating
correctly. Replace valve as required.
Air spring damaged.
Inspect and replace.
Too much weight.
