Sir, As per the present practice, the cheques on account of GP Fund subscription of the IPS officers on deputation are issued in favour of Accounts officer GP fund Police Move Cell PHQ. These cheques, after being received are deposited with Govt Treasuries for remittances under M.H-8009 GP Fund, which takes lot of time for remittance and sometimes the cheques become time barred at the treasury. / 4 It is, therefore, requested that DDO may be asked that the cheques on account of GPF deduction may be deposited through challan form F. C (2) alongwith schedule for remittance under M. H. 8009-GPF (sup) directly with Treasury officer, J&K Government New Delhi, 5-P.R Road.
