CBI POLICE PERSONNEL WHO HAVE SACRIFICED THEIR
LIVES WHILE ON DUTY DURING 2014.
Late Shri Des Raj, Constable, CBI, BS&FC, New Delhi who was on
deputation from CRPF since 03.06.2013, was detailed for attending
Hon'ble High Court in connection with RC-06/2014-BS&FC/DLI at
Chandigarh. While coming from Court duty, he was hit by a speeding
car near Lala Lajpat Rai Marg near Metro Station Lajpat Nagar, New
Delhi on 01.07.2014 at 23.00 hours. After the accident, he was taken to
Moolchand Hospital, New Delhi in a critical condition with grievous
head injuries, on 02.07.2014 at 01.35 am, where he was declared dead.
Late Shri Yesbir Singh, Constable, CBI Academy Ghaziabad lost
his life on 18.12.2014 on a road accident while he was on official duty.
