Track & Field Online Entries System Instructions for Attending Coaches CCJHSAA 2015 Roster Entry Deadlines Meet Date Entry Deadline June 1st June 2nd June 3rd June 4th June 5th Midnight May 26th Midnight May 27th Midnight May 28th Midnight May 29th Midnight June 1st *“We cannot guarantee that your athletes will be in separate heats if you do not meet the deadline.” 1. Go to the website ( www.sydexsports.com ), and click on "Track Online Meet Entries". 2. The main page for Online Entries appears. Click "Roster Setup/Send Entries to a Meet". 3. The login screen appears. Click “Register as New User”, (be advised that at the beginning of each new season, all the usernames and passwords from previous years have been cleared out). Fill in the fields, and click Proceed. The next screen asks for your team information. Fill in according to the onscreen directions. Type in your User Name and Password if you are a returning user for the same season. 4. On the Meet Selection screen, select your meet (meets are titled by CCJHSAA, Day & Date) then click "Proceed to Add/Change Rosters...". 5. You are now successfully logged into the meet. Please review the meet information (bottom of screen), taking note of any "Special Instructions" given by the meet host. 6. Enter your rosters with the "View/Edit Roster" buttons. Follow all instructions, making sure to enter athletes’ first name, last name and grade(Ex. John Smith 07). *DO NOT ENTER ANY TIMES OR DISTANCES FOR ATHLETES. *BOYS THAT ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE COED RELAYS NEED TO BE ENTERED INTO THE WOMEN’S ROSTERS AS WELL USING INITIAL OF FIRST NAME, LAST NAME AND GRADE (J Smith 07). *This is software does not recognize accents and must be entered using English Language(U.S). 7. Once you've entered your roster, return to the main screen. The events are listed in boxes -- men on the left, women on the right. To begin, click on the first event in the list, then click "Add/Change Event Entries. Follow all instructions, clicking "Go To Next Event" as you work through the events. Click the "Confirm Entries and Return..." button when you are finished. *Pay close attention to event names as they may not be in any particular order. *Athletes may only compete in 3 events, this includes relays. Athletes can only participate in 1 relay. Maximum of 3 athletes per event. Only 1 Team for Relays. 8. After all the athletes are in events, you may view your work by returning to the previous screen and clicking "View a List of Your Entries". You may either view entries by event, or by athlete. You can also print off reports. 9. To send the email of your entries to the host, click "Email your Entries to Host". You may send this email more than once, if necessary. *If you make changes in the days prior to your deadline, they must be done online and resent using “Email your Entries to Host” button.
