NOTICE FOR ALLOTMENT OF DISSERTATION TOPICS TO OFFICERS NOT
ALLOTTED IN FIRST LIST
1.
Refer the notice on allotment of dissertation for participants of HDMC 11 on
College of Defence Management website hosted on the internet (presently available on
the “ACADEMICS” HDMC11).
2.
Choices in the prescribed format in r/o the officers as at Appendix A have not yet
been received, hence no allotment of dissertation topic was feasible to these officers in
the first list. It is proposed to allot the topic to balance officers on weekly basis.
3.
The topics which have not yet been allotted are as at Appendix B.
4.
To ensure allotment of topics of choice, officers as at para 2 above are requested
to forward their choices on PRIORITY from the list of topics given at Appendix B not later
than 08 May 15.
