Refer the notice on allotment of dissertation for participants of HDMC 11 on College of Defence Management website hosted on the internet (presently available on the “ACADEMICS” HDMC11). 2. Choices in the prescribed format in r/o the officers as at Appendix A have not yet been received, hence no allotment of dissertation topic was feasible to these officers in the first list. It is proposed to allot the topic to balance officers on weekly basis. 3. The topics which have not yet been allotted are as at Appendix B. 4.
