World Class Chef Swap Mystery Michelin-starred Guest Chef at Hibiscus On Thursday, 9 July 2015, Chef Claude Bosi will be participating in The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle - a global Michelin-starred chef swap. For one night only, Claude will exchange his Mayfair kitchen for a new international destination, to join 37 of the world's best chefs in this worldwide cooking phenomenon. The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle was designed to enable chefs to discover new cultures and experiences, share knowledge and sharpen their creativity. These chefs come from a wide range of countries steeped with culinary culture including Japan, Chile, Belgium, Turkey, Peru, Thailand, Spain, Denmark, Italy, France, the USA and the UK, and will use their diverse backgrounds to craft a special eight course tasting menu, using local ingredients and inspiration from their new environment. Some participating chefs include Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana, 3 star), René Redzepi (Noma, 2 star), Yannick Alléno ( Pavillion Ledoyen, 3 star), Alain Ducasse (Le Plaza Athénée, 2 star), Masimiliano Alajmo (La Calandre, 3 star), Andoni Luiz Adruiz (Mugaritz, 2 star) and Sean Gray (Momofuku Ko, 2 star).
