• The minimum guaranteed number of guests needed to reserve the State Room on weekend
functions is 30 people. If you drop below the minimum guest count you will be billed for the
guaranteed minimum of 30 guests. The maximum number of guests for a sit down dinner is 50;
the room can accommodate more guests for cocktail parties. Please contact us for minimum
guest counts during the weekdays.
• If your group is tax exempt, a copy of exempt certificate will be required prior to your event.
• Saz’s State Room provides you with the option of a full sit down menu, as well as family style,
or buffet style dinning. When choosing the sit down menu we ask that you limit your choices
to three to five entrées. An hors d’oeuvres menu is also available.
• Food and beverages may not be removed from the premise.

• GARDETTO’S SNACK MIX
• Saz’s State Room is available for rent any day of the week. On Fridays and Saturdays there is a
$100 room charge for this rental. Your room fee can be paid over the phone by credit card
or in person.
• No food may be brought onto the premises without prior consent of Saz’s State House.
• Saz’s offers “The Finest” selection of desserts. Ask us and we will help you with your selection.
There is a cutting and serving charge of $1.00 per person if you pre-arrange to bring in your
own dessert.
• Desserts brought in must be from a licensed bakery as per the State of Wisconsin Health
Department.
• The State Room has a full service bar. We will be happy to work with your party on beverage
selections. There is a $20 an hour bartender fee.
• Functions will be staffed as required to properly service your event.
• A confirmed menu is required 10 days prior to your event. A confirmed guest count is required
seven days prior to your event. This number will be considered your minimum guarantee.
• All food and beverage is subject to 20% gratuity. All food, beverage, and gratuity are subject to
6.1% sales tax.
• To avoid damage to wall coverings or paint we do not allow taping, tacking or attachment of any
materials to walls, doors or ceilings. No confetti, glitters, or any other items sprinkled on tables
or in room. All set up and take down of the decorations is the responsibility of the host.
• The State Room is equipped with a sound system, iPod docking station, CD player, DVD player,
two television sets, internet access and public address system.

Local & Sustainable
Saz’s is committed to using local & sustainable ingredients wherever possible to provide the freshest
ingredients to our customers while keeping our local economy growing. This includes much of our
produce and local greens as well as our antibiotic and hormone free pork and chicken.
We think you’ll agree – it makes a difference!
Gluten Free
Saz’s has an entire menu available for those wishing to keep gluten free. As our menu does
contain non-gluten free ingredients, we can not guarantee that something will not come
into contact with wheat. Therefore, those who suffer from celiac disease and other allergy
related illnesses should take caution.
Miscellaneous Notes
TRANS FAT — We proudly serve foods prepared in trans fat free oils (contains less than 0.5 grams
of trans fat per serving).
• Undercooked items are available only upon request. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry,
seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain
medical conditions.

Sit Down Dinner
Please refer to our restaurant menu for sit down dinner entrees. We can customize a sit down
menu to your specification or dietary needs. When doing a sit down dinner we ask that you
limit your choices to 3-5 entrees. On the night of the event we type up your customized menu
of your entrée choices for your guests to choose from.
The price of the sit down dinner will be the dinner entrée price.
