For over 25 years Kathleen’s clients have gained awareness of their values,
motivators, working traits and social styles. With clarity and an understanding
of their unique leadership style, clients are empowered to think and perform
differently by identifying solutions to workplace challenges.
Business Experience
Kathleen is the past Membership Director of Calgary Association of
Professional Coaches. She is a Certified Professional Coach, active Member
of the International Coach Federation and Faculty Member of the Core
Alignment Coaching Program. She has worked in Executive Offices, with
Boards of Directors, and has held various Leadership positions.

Kathleen brings compassion, enthusiasm and perspective to her coaching
relationships. She collaborates with her clients to identify their needs and
then design a strategy and approach to help them produce substantial and
transformative results. She coaches from a place of experience and trust,
