 _____________________________________________________________ Secretary Report April 19th, 2015 Minutes Meeting called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Pres. Cyr Roll call taken 39 members in attendance Sec./Treas. accepted as read unanimous A ballot was prepared and votes are in for next years officers. President Randy Estes, V. President Chris Goding, Sec/Treas. Doug Perry, Spring Assigner Larry Larochelle, Ratings Admin. Scott Wing, (2) executive board Jeff Benson and Denis Mancini. Since we moved to another room internet wasn’t available for clinic presentation. Barry opened the floor to discuss “funky” plays we may of seen so far this year. Larry explained a play with ball in glove touching ground. Player must have control Larry displayed patience when the player moved his glove the ball was clearly on ground with no control by player. A couple of examples of the hybrid pitching stance to be aware of. Larry discussed the spring season so far and the need on particular dates for umpires if you are available please update your status. Scott spoke on ratings appear to be coming in right on schedule. “Doc” asked if anyone was interested in helping out on the Sportsmanship Award Committee to come see him after the meeting.
