30th INSEAD VENTURE COMPETITION (IVC) INSEAD Participant’s Route Map March to June 2015 For Eligibility & Rules, check out IVC site at http://centres.insead.edu/entrepreneurship/competition Stage 1 – Preliminary & Judging Process Call for Entry - Online Teams Registration, Monday, 30 March Submit intended participation, team composition and 4-pager venture summary Closing date: Tuesday, 14 April - 09:00h, Fbl time / 15:00h, Sgp time Screened by a pool of judges. Each entry/team will be assessed by at least three judges. Results to be announced: Thursday, 30 April Top twelve teams will be selected as semi-finalists. Semi-finalists to submit Full Venture Plan (maximum of 25 pages, including exhibits and appendices) Closing date: Monday, 18 May - 09:00h, Fbl time / 15:00h, Sgp time Stage 2 - IVC Semi Finals & Judging Process Semi-finalists to present to a panel of judges in Singapore and Fontainebleau campuses. Any team member on the other campus will present via web/video link. Semifinals: Wednesday, 27 May – 08:30h, Fbl time / 14:30h, Sgp time Each team will be given 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes Q&A, a combined total of 15 minutes. Top six teams will be selected as finalists Finalists to submit revised venture/business plan (maximum 25 pages, including exhibits and appendices) Closing Date: Thurday, 11 June - 09:00h Fbl time / 15:00h, Sgp time Stage 3 - IVC Finals & Judging Process Finalists to present to a panel of judges in Singapore and Fontainebleau campuses. Any team member on the other campus will present via web/video link. Finals: Friday, 19 June Each team will have 10 minutes for presentation and maximum 5 minutes for Q&A.
