Nail Polish Quilt Pattern
Use ¼” seams and press as arrows indicate throughout.
Nail Polish Block:
Draw a diagonal line on the wrong side of the FabricN
squares.
With right sides facing, layer a Fabric N square on the top
left corner of the Fabric G rectangle.
Stitch on the drawn line and trim ¼” away from the seam.

Draw a diagonal line on the wrong side of the FabricD
squares.
With right sides facing, layer a Fabric D square on the left
end of a Fabric L rectangle.
Stitch on the drawn line and trim ¼” away from the seam.

Make two.
Repeat on the right end of the Fabric L rectangle.
Fabric D/L/D Unit should measure 1 ½” x 10 ½”.
Repeat one more time. Make two.
Make one.
Repeat on the top right corner of the Fabric G rectangle.
Fabric N/G/N Unit should measure 2 ½” x 8 ½”.
Make one.

Assemble the Fabric N/J Unit, the Fabric K rectangle and
the Fabric I/N Unit.
Bottom Nail Polish Color Unit should measure 7 ½” x 8 ½”.
With right sides facing, layer a Fabric N square on the
bottom left corner of the Fabric J rectangle.
Stitch on the drawn line and trim ¼” away from the seam.
Make one.
Fabric N/J Unit should measure 3 ½” x 7 ½”.
Make one.

Assemble the Bottom Nail Polish Color Unit and the
Fabric N/G/N Unit.
Nail Polish Color Unit should measure 8 ½” x 9 ½”.
Make one.

With right sides facing, layer a Fabric N square on the
bottom right corner of the Fabric I rectangle.
Stitch on the drawn line and trim ¼” away from the seam.
Fabric I/N Unit should measure 4 ½” x 7 ½”.

Borders:
Attach side borders using the Fabric A rectangles.
Attach top and bottom borders using the Fabric B
rectangles.
Assemble two Fabric M rectangles, the Nail Polish Color
Unit and the Fabric D/L/D Units.
Nail Polish Base Unit should measure 10 ½” x 11 ½”.
Make one.

the Fabric H rectangle and the Fabric E rectangle.
Nail Polish Top Unit should measure 7 ½” x 10 ½”.

Finishing:
Sew the Fabric O strips end to end for binding.
Quilt and bind as desired.
