time of any service. A volunteer will take
you to a conference room to assist you
with your decision.
2. Attend the Discovery Class on Wednesday,
August 5th from 6:00 until 8:00pm.
Call 853-2668 by Monday, August 3rd
to register for the class.
3. Use the information card to schedule an
in-home appointment with a staff
minister or deacon.

THE LORD’S SUPPER is celebrated next Sunday morning, July 12th.
SENIOR FAMILIES
“BIBLE STUDY CELEBRATION,” A 3-DAY DISCIPLESHIP EVENT
in the Fellowship Hall, Wednesday and Thursday, July 22nd and 23rd, 10:30amlunch (included), and Friday, July 24th, 6:00pm, dinner and Gospel concert! Sessions taught by Dr. Tommy Vinson; concert by the New Gospel Heralds Quartet.
Friday includes dinner, Bro. Tommy’s closing message and the concert. The cost
is $35 for all three sessions, or $20 for Friday night only. Tickets are on sale in the
church office or at Event Registration on Sundays.
OXFORD, MS DAY TRIP, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 24
We travel by motorcoach to Oxford for a special guided tour and lunch. Detailed
information is coming soon. Mark your calendar and save the date!

Join us at Cherokee Valley Golf Club in Olive Branch with a shotgun start at
8:00am. Your $50 covers the greens fee, cart, range balls, lunch and awards. Register as a team or individual; call the Recreation Ministry office by Wednesday, July
15th. All events are open to men, women and teens; guests are welcomed and
encouraged.

BACKPACKS & SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR BRINKLEY HEIGHTS MINISTRY
Don’t throw out those used-but-still-good backpacks! We’ll fill them with school
supplies and give them to the needy children of Brinkley Heights. Drop them
in the missions boxes in the east stairwells. Lists of supplies needed are in the
church office and Cornerstone Bookstore. Or you may make a financial contribution and mark it for “Brinkley Heights.”
