Am I really getting married on Friday evening? No, this is not an official wedding, rather a celebration of a “couple”. Who can attend the reception on Friday evening? Any couple who purchased the package can attend the Friday reception. Where will I be sitting during the game? Will all my tickets be grouped together? All couples will be sitting together during the game. You will be seated in one of these sections: 51 -‐ 57 (south end zone) I already have season tickets; can I sit in my usual seats? Yes, you can sit in your season tickets seats. What time do I need to be at the game for? As part of your package you will be transported to and from the Stadium. A full list of weekend details will be available at the reception on August 21. Do I need to attend the reception on August 21? Yes, it is important/mandatory to attend the reception on August 21 at Pilsner Place (Mosaic Stadium). The evening will include information for Saturday plus special Rider guests, socializing and fun. Will transportation be provided? Transportation will be provided to and from Mosaic Stadium on Saturday, August 21. Couples are welcome to use the transportation. Game Day – Anything goes. Wear a jersey, wear a tux, wear a wedding gown, wear green, wear a smile! What’s in my gift package? Your gift package contains exclusive Rider Wedding Celebration swag. Some sneak peaks into your package include Rider Champagne flutes, a photo keepsake and more. Is there a cancelation policy? All purchases are final unless the game is cancelled. Do I have to be married to participate in this event? Doors open at 7 and the program starts at 7:30. How many people can attend the reception? Couples who purchased the Wedding Celebration in Rider Nation package are invited to the reception. Additionally, couples have the opportunity to purchase additional packages and invite two couples to celebrate with them. How do I purchase additional tickets and/or hotel rooms? When registering for a package, you will receive a pop-‐up notification after you process your payment with instructions on how to purchase. These instructions will include contact information for the DoubleTree by Hilton and the Rider Ticket Office. Can guests be included in the reception and/or game? Guests can participate in a few ways: 1) Up to 4 additional guests (2 couples) can attend the reception if additional packages are purchased at the time of the original wedding couple package purchase a.
