CYSTIC FIBROSIS NEW ZEALAND NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2015 Practical Strategies for Picky Eaters & Salt – the real deal Presented By: Fiona Leighton Linda Williams Dietitian, Canterbury District Health Board Dietitian, Capital Coast District Health Board Fiona Leighton is a paediatric dietitian with 14 years’ experience at Christchurch Hospital. Her specialist areas are paediatric Cystic Fibrosis and children with oral aversions/restricted eating. Her other interest areas include nutrition support and gastroenterology. Prior to coming to New Zealand she worked in a variety of clinical settings in Hospitals throughout England, Scotland and Kuwait. She has spoken at a number of CF Lay conferences and she is currently the dietitian representative on the Paediatric Clinical Guidelines Committee for Cystic Fibrosis and is a member of the Feeding Intervention Team, Christchurch Hospital. Linda Williams is a Paediatric Dietitian at Capital & Coast DHB providing nutrition care to children with cystic fibrosis in the Wellington region. She also works privately at Focus on Food Dietitian's.
