It is a beautiful location off Highway 7 just 18 minutes from Sisk Avenue. We will have a BBQ dinner which includes catfish, chicken, pork BBQ, many sides and dessert. A live band will be providing music for your listening or dancing pleasure. The cost is $15.00 per member, $18 for non-member/ guests . PRELIMINARY EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR 2015-2016: The educational sessions planning team of Don Mason, Alice Virden, Rosie Vassallo and Reba Greer met in March to develop ideas for presentations for 2015-2016. The team collected suggestions, compiled and reviewed them, and presented a list of topics to the Newcomers' Board at the March Board meeting. The team will meet again on March 30 at 10:00 am at the Chamber to flesh out topics, secure presenters and share the results. The goal is to have the completed 2015-16 program list ready for sharing at the May end-of-year celebration at Foxfire. Everyone is welcome to join the planning team on March 30! A list of preliminary topics follows at the end of the newsletter.
