1 Session, $45
Saturday July 24th 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
(Includes the cost of all materials.)
Come learn how to knit with wire and beads and
leave with a beautiful shawl pin!
Portuguese knitting is a traditional form of knitting
that tensions the yarn around your neck or through
a pin. Because of this unique way of tensioning
your yarn, there is very little movement required
from you hands. You will knit faster and experience less strain (wonderful for those experiencing
arthritis or carpal tunnel). You must have a basic
understanding of the knit and purl stitch to take
this class. The instructor will be available at the
Thursday night Knit-In following the class (July 16)
to help with any questions.

heel and make a gusset. If you haven’t joined the
ranks of enthusiastic sock knitters, don’t put it off
any longer. WARNING: Sock knitting is addictive!
