CII IQ Business Excellence & Lean Manufacturing Mission to Thailand Best Practices & Business Opportunities 09-12 June 2015: Bangkok The CII-IQ is organizing a Lean Manufacturing & Business Excellence Mission to Bangkok, Thailand from 09-12 June 2015. The Mission will enable small groups of experts to visit leading overseas technology organizations and learn vital lessons about excellence, innovation and its implementation. In addition, Organizations can also explore Business Opportunities with companies in Thailand. The objective of the mission is to promote greater awareness of advances taking place in manufacturing best practice through direct contact with key organizations, gain a better insight into the application of world-class manufacturing methods i.e. Business Excellence, total productive maintenance (TPM), total quality management (TQM), Lean, Best Practices in technology and innovation, share the lessons learnt and establish links with industry and academic Centers of Excellence in Thailand, to encourage change . Some of the companies that we plan to visit are Mitsubishi Motors, Thonburi Automotive Assembly Plant, DENSO, Auto Alliance, Toyota Motor Thailand, Thai Summit Group, as well as a meeting with Thai Automotive Institute. To make this mission a success, we seek participation and nominations from Senior Management representatives from your organization: VP, AVP, Head of Departments, GM & other Senior Executives responsible for Operations, Continuous Improvement, Plant/Factory, Process Excellence, Manufacturing, Production, Quality & Safety, R&D, Packaging & Labeling, Supply Reliability & Maintenance, LSS and Technical areas. The administrative fee payable to the CII will be Rs.30,000/- (Exclusive of Service tax @ 12.36%) per participant.(nonrefundable).
