RESOLUTION 120-15 Sponsored by: Steve Scaggs A RESOLUTION INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS FOR CERTAIN FIRE DEPARTMENT CAPITAL NEEDS WHEREAS, the City of London’s Finance Committee has voted to recommend an appropriation increase in the Fire Department’s Capital fund in support of specific capital needs; and WHEREAS, the available funds cannot be expended until there is sufficient appropriation in the fund. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LONDON, STATE OF OHIO SECTION I: The Council of the City of London authorizes the City Auditor to increase the 2015 Fire Department Capital fund (229) appropriations for the specific capital needs detailed below: 6 Self Contained Breathing Apparatuses 5 Sets of Turnout Gear Cardiac Monitor to Replace AED Replace Utility Vehicle Skid Unit for Grass Truck Total $ 40,000.00 $ 10,000.00 $ 6,000.00 $ 30,000.00 $ 15,000.00 $ 101,000.00 SECTION II: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
