RESOLUTION
22-2015
WHEREAS, THE City of Eufaula is desirous of entering into agreement with the
United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service
Wildlife Services to provide removal of beavers and other nuisance wildlife and dams to
alleviate flooding along the extension to the Yoholo Micco Trail; and
WHEREAS, the agreement will not exceed $3,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Eufaula does hereby authorize entering into agreement with the United States
Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Wildlife Services
for the aforementioned services.
