Twisted Cord
Cut 4 lengths of yarn 20 ins
[51 cm] long. With someone
holding opposite end, twist
strands to the right until they
begin to curl tightly. Fold strands
in half and secure ends.
Pom-pom
Wind yarn around 3 fingers 60
times. Remove fingers and wrap
tightly around center. Cut through
both sides of loops. Trim evenly.
Sew pom-pom to end of twisted
cord. Attach to top of Hat.
