General Information
 Set up begins at 7:00 a.m. Tear down is not allowed
until 4 p.m.
 No electricity is available.



Booth assignment is at the sole discretion of the Clare
Area Chamber of Commerce.
Booth sizes are approximate (8x10, 10x10, 6x12, etc.)
depending on location.
Food service is available on site.

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and
supplies for their booth.

Continue on back if necessary  Vendors must load and unload as quickly as possible.
Vehicles must be moved away from the school after
unloading. Please leave parking for your customers.

 Vendors selling packaged food items must comply with
Michigan’s Cottage Food Law, PA 113 of 2010.
The Clare Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse items to be sold

 Sales tax collection is the responsibility of each
