Water Street Liberty, MO 64068 816-407-3739 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Clay County Sheriff’s Office “Online Exchange Zone” Clay County, Missouri – April 27th, 2015 – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office encourages the public to take advantage of our “Online Exchange Zone” which is designed as a meeting place for the public to meet and conduct transactions from websites such as Craigslist and SwapShops. Located in our Field Operations lobby at 12 S. Water in Liberty, Missouri, the Online Exchange Zone is recorded with video and audio equipment to ensure the safety of visitors and staff. Although our site is open 24/7, we encourage visitors not to conduct late night transactions. Additionally, all legal exchanges are welcome but we do ask that firearms related transactions not occur at our site due to safety and security concerns. ###
