Slipping Along With Delana Hornbeck | march 20 & 21 | Friday & saturday 10am - 4 PM Explore the many possibilities of using colored slips, Squaffito, slip trailing, mishima, layered colored slips, marbleizing and mocha-tea. We will make a series of tiles, each with a different technique, which can later be applied to your own pieces. $200 + $20 lab fee. Includes 12 lbs. of clay, 2 kiln firings and glazes. We’ll explore pulled and textured slab handles, even creating whimsical clay animals to perch on top of lids.
