62 people attended a gathering on the evening of Tuesday 21st April 2015 to hold a
conversation with individuals from the Clayton and Dingley community, community
interest group TOAG, the waste management industry, Kingston Council and the EPA.
These notes are a summary of ‘What we heard’ on the evening.
Representatives from each of our collaborators (City of Kingston, TOAG,
Transpacific, Environmix, Clayton Regional and EPA) plan to meet again in Autumn to
look to support and respond to the comments and suggestions collected at the Forum.
Future meeting dates will be advertised in local media and on the forum website.

Who attended the forum
on 21st April?
The first forum of 2015 has attracted almost twice the number of local residents compared
to recent forums. The forums are open for anyone to attend, thank you to everyone for their
continued support at our forums. A number of new community and business people attended.

What element of the forum worked well?
Truth, Clearer picture
of difficulties for

Everyone was able to
