CENTRAL LINCOLN PUD Request for Information Electric Utility Integrated Enterprise Software Solutions RFI 01-15 Central Lincoln People’s Utility District (CLPUD) is requesting information from qualified software vendors that provide a set of fully integrated applications that allow for a seamless flow of information between them. Solutions should have functionality that fully addresses all of the business needs of an electric utility including but not limited to: Customer Care and Billing, Accounting, Asset Management, Work Order Management, Human Resources Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Engineering and Operations. In addition to the software, implementation support is to include data conversion of existing systems and training will be required. This RFI is only a request for information about potential products / services and no contractual obligation on behalf of CLPUD whatsoever shall arise from the RFI process. The RFI may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at Central Lincoln People’s Utility District, 2129 North Coast Highway, Newport, Oregon or by calling 541-574-2020.
