Maggiknits Fashion Show
We've been waiting for, and talking about, Maggie Jackson visiting Baskets of Yarn for months and the
weekend has finally arrived! It's been a fun, wonderful, full weekend and the students that were lucky
enough to attend Maggie's 2 days of workshops have had nothing but positive comments, which of
course makes us very happy. The weekend started with a great fashion show Friday night which we
wanted to share with all of you, and we'll get to that in a minute, but first, for those of you who couldn't
attend this weekend, Maggie has left many of her samples behind and we have most of her kits
available, but we'll have to send them back on Friday for her next show! If you missed out on seeing
Maggie while she was here, stop by this week before they're gone!
As a reminder, because of the Southern Christmas Show we will only be open Tuesday, Thursday and
Saturday from 10am until 6pm this week and next.
Maggie works with our wonderful volunteer models before the show.
