Report of Chairperson- Kevork Nalbandian
- Welcome to returning and new clubs.
- Let’s start the semester strong and work together, we are the leaders of this campus.
- We are one team, my committee and I are here to help your organizations in any way we can.
V.
Report of Officers:
Arameh Vartoomian
- Chancellor Harris visited our campus on March 10.
- The new building will be ready by spring 2016.
- There will be a bike repair station.
Anuniderjeet Virk
- Six ASGCC members wen to March and March and talked to the Legislature.
- Welcome back BQQ was a great success.
- Women History month happens in March.
- The deadline to apply for CPS is March 20 at 5:00pm.
- St. Patrick’s Day activity on March 17 at 12:30pm at Plaza Vaquero.
VI.
Report of Clubs/Organizations
1. V.O.I.C.E.S.: Annual burrito sales on March 24 8:00am-3:00pm at Plaza Vaquero, tickets are presale.
2. Aviation and Space Club of GCC: GCC has 3 aircrafts, GCC students can fly for free. Meetings are
Monday nights at AA103.
3. Sociology Club: Meetings are at CS252 12:30-1:30pm.
4. SGI Buddhist: Campus Cleanup on Mondays 12:30-2:30pm. Meetings are on Monday.
5. Scholars’ Program: Working on a journal for the end of the semester (March 31st), the top 3 will
receive a scholarship.
6. Glendale College Forensics: March 28, 29: Indiana got to nationals.
7. Alpha Gamma Sigma: There will be a banquet on June 11, the theme is Pink Panther. The members
will receive scholarships.

1. IOC Attendance Policy- Report
- If you miss IOC meetings for 3 times you are out.
2. IOC Facebook Page- Discussion Item
- There will be Facebook page for IOC members and the presidents of the clubs so you can
communicate daily.
3. SOS and OES grants application- Reports
- The deadline for SOS applications in March 20 and for OES is May 8.
4. SC 201 Club Space Raffle- Discussion item
- If the clubs don’t decorate their club space by March 23 it will be given to other clubs.

- Have consistency in IOC meetings.
- If you don’t need your club space let us know; the club space is not for having meetings.
