FEATURED MEMBERS
CMDI installs medical imaging equipment, mobile and fixed, on a
per scan or monthly flat fee basis and is responsible for service
contracts, applications and upgrades.
WHY CHOOSE CMDI?
CMDI is a non-profit cooperative serving non-profit hospitals
throughout Minnesota and neighboring states. It is owned and
operated by the hospitals that receive services through the
cooperative. The board of directors is composed of hospital
administrators who belong to the cooperative and want to serve on
the board. There are currently 68 hospitals that have equipment
or services in 72 locations through CMDI. Annual cash distributions
to member hospitals are distributed twice per year. The amount of
the distribution is based on the profitability of the service line and
volume in that service. There are no cash fees to join CMDI.
