Annual Christmas Craft Fair & Art Extravaganza Dear Artists / Crafters: Please find enclosed, an application for the 2013 Christmas Craft Fair & Art Extravaganza. The show will be held Saturday December 6, 2014 (9am-3pm) at Fairview Elementary School. We will be advertising in both Bryan & Defiance area newspapers as well as introducing Radio spots to increase attendance. We are also bringing back the Christmas House Walk that has always been a community favorite. The booth fee is $25 per space (approx. 8’wx5’d). You are asked to donate one Item to be raffled off sometime through the course of the day. The show is free to the public and has become a tradition for the community. Please submit your completed application by November 10th 2014. We are committed to holding a quality show. We’re asking participants to submit a picture of their craft to help us establish the best layout. Our goal is to feature a wide variety of quality crafts and art pieces. Spaces are nontransferable. You cannot let someone else use your space if you are unable to attend. Please remember that the state of Ohio requires you to report your sales and pay sales tax.
