For Tacoma Power, finding the right cultural fit between the new Superintendent/COO, Utilities Director/CEO, the Public Utility Board and the other business section managers across the utility is critical. Requirements Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or related field and at least ten years of increasingly responsible experience in electric utility power supply planning, power supply portfolio management and operations and trading, and several years of leadership experience in multiple functions/disciplines of power utility management and operations. Compensation & Relocation Compensation will be dependent on experience and abilities with a salary wage range between $179,462 ‐ $230,068 DOE.
