 Ordering the Super-Screw product line in bulk has become very popular, below are the facts regarding
what you receive when
ordering the Super Screw
by the Roll or Coil.
 1 Roll of “top” Super Screw (984 inches / 82 feet of 35,63,65,80,85,100,105) or (600 inches / 50
feet of 180 or 200) series Super-Screw. **Picture above
 1 Roll of “bottom” Super Screw (984 inches of 35, 63, 65, 80, 85,100,105) or (600 inches of 180 or
200) series Super Screw.
 Spacers in the sizes of your choice (4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm, 14mm, etc.)
 5,500 screws divided up into any size per your request (2000 12mm, 2000 14mm and 1000 16mm)
as a very common example. 3,750 screws for 35 series and 7,700 screws for 80,85,100 and 105.
 A cutting template per your request.
 Instructional video on the proper cutting technique.
 20 PZ2 bits or PZ3 depending on the Series ordered.
Decision matrix for ordering the correct Super Screw Splice

PIW or Pounds per Inch Width of the belt. (Example: 220, 330, 400, 450, 800, 1600, etc)
Will the end user skive or not skive the belt? This usually depends on the end users using cleaners (scrapers / wipers).
You must skive in the Super Screw when using Scrapers / Wipers and Cleaners.
The thickness of the belt that will be fastened. If you’re skiving, then this new thickness after skiving is the “Belt
Thickness” under splice. (This allows you to order the correct length of screw)10mm-30mm
Application or Product being carried or hauled by the belt helps you decide on the proper compound. (Abrasion
Resistant, Slider Back/ Bareback,
HOT 400°F, Food Grade, MSHA / MOR, or Stainless Steel)
Example: A 4 ply 400 PIW belt, 60“wide, 3/8 thick belt after skiving, hauling rock above ground =
80 series super screw – 10 mm spacers – 60” wide - Grade one Abrasion resistant with 18 mm screws.
