management company’s information and
requirements.
A Coba “Slammer” will enter all information into the
program.
A complete workbook of each hotel’s inventory and
scheduling is completed and sent to the Coba data
entry team.
Each hotel will get its own program, specific to its staff,
inventory and schedule.
TRAINING:
FEES:
Initial training is a thirty-minute interactive, live
webinar.
Setup Fee:
Based on the size and type of the hotel.
Due seven (7) days before the start of the project.
Monthly Maintenance Fees:
A set, monthly fee.
Includes unlimited users and unlimited work orders.
Includes all updates for the duration of the contract
Includes on-line training and exceptional customer support.
Ongoing and new hire training available upon
request.
Coba does not charge any fees to the Management Company
