The Cocalico Middle School 6th Grade Chorus will be performing at Knoebels
Amusement Resort on Saturday, May 9, 2015.
Arrival
Time:
Students should report to the middle school band room by 9:00 A.M. on the day of the trip.
Students will enter through the outside band room doors. We will depart at 9:30 AM for
Knoebels.
Pick-up
Time:
We will return to CMS between 8:00 and 8:30PM. Students will have to be picked up by
parents at that time.
What to
Wear:
Dress for the day is the black chorus polo and jeans or jean shorts in accordance with
the school district’s dress policy. Sneakers will be worn for the performance. Students may
not wear swimsuits in the park.
LUNCH:
Students need to either pack a lunch or bring money to buy lunch in the park.
Lunch will not be provided.
Permission slips must be turned in by the end of the school day on
Thursday, April 23rd.
Students will be traveling through the park together and will never
travel alone in the park at any time.
Students will be informed of, and shown the locations of, the medical
station and all meeting areas, including a location where they can find
Mrs. Narehood or Mr. Kafferlin at any time.
Parents who are not chaperones may meet us there. All students and
chaperones must ride the bus *unless a specific arrangement has
been made with Mrs. Narehood at least three weeks in advance.

9:30AM and returning between 8:00 - 8:30 PM on Saturday, May 9, 2015.
I hereby give my permission for my son/daughter to accompany Mrs. Narehood and Mr. Kafferlin to
Knoebles Amusement Resort in Elysburg, PA on Saturday, May 9, 2015.

If you are interested in serving as a chaperone for the day, please

portion to Mrs. Narehood by Thursday, April 23rd 2015.
Chaperones will be determined and will be contacted via phone or
email to confirm availability. Ride wristbands can be purchased
for $12 if you wish to enjoy the rides. However, please do not
send in money until you are contacted. Thank you!
