Watercolor Workshop
May 7 - 10, 2015

Don Andrews is a nationally known
watercolor artist and workshop instructor. A
graduate of the Ringling School of Art in
Sarasota, Florida, and a resident of Fairhope,
AL.
He is an active member and past
board director of the American Watercolor
Society. His paintings have received
numerous awards in national watercolor competitions, including three awards from
theAmerican Watercolor Society, and two Best of Show awards from the New England
Watercolor Society.
He has conducted painting workshops throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico,
Europe and Africa for over 25 years.

Kyle has been playing drums since the age of 12.
Throughout his years as a musician, Kyle has performed
in several different settings and in a variety of genres.
His background in music began at the prestigious
Atlanta Institute of Music. He graduated with honors in
2009 and after graduation continued adding to his
repertoire playing in bands and in 2007 he began
formally teaching percussion in Charleston, SC. In 2012
he was accepted into The United States Army Band. Upon graduation from The U.S. School of
Music in Virginia, Kyle began his service to our county. During this time he played percussion as
a member of the Brass Quintet and Jazz Combo, Rock, Marching, Dixie and Symphonic bands.
We are glad to now have him here at the Arts Center! Contact Kyle at 843-343-0472.

John Neely is a classically trained Jazz Guitarist. He has an Associates
in Music from ABAC and trained in Classical Guitar under Dr. Matthew
Cochran, and Jazz Theory/improvisation under Don Coates. He is
currently finishing his Bachelors in Jazz Guitar Perfromance at VSU
under Nephtali Santiago and David Springfield.
He has performed with the ABAC Jazz Ensemble, VSU Jazz Ensemble,
and the Jazz Combo with numerous jazz musicians including John
Clayton and Jeff Jarvis.
