Dear Parents,
Columbus Humanities Arts and Technology Academy is currently enrolling new students for the 2015 –
2016 school years. Our goal at Columbus Humanities is to create and sustain a flourishing school
community of like-minded families and we would like to enlist your help in getting the word out about
our open enrollment to your friends, family and colleagues in the North Columbus area.
While Columbus Humanities will always be the small, nurturing, “private school,” like environment that
you chose for your child, expanding the number of students we serve will benefit all of our students in
so many ways, primarily in bringing more funding to our community to accomplish our goals. Our vision
for Columbus Humanities is to build even stronger academic and extra-curricular programs and to
introduce more services to our families.
In expanding our student body, our intention is to attract dedicated families. Families like yours who
insist on rigorous academics and value arts in education in addition to other important subjects.
Out of gratitude we are able and would like to offer you a $25 referral benefit for each student that you
refer to our school. We hope this benefit can help your own family as much as you have helped our
school and invite you to find important details about this program on the next page.

2015/2016 Referral Program

For each child you refer to Columbus Humanities who enrolls for the 2015/2016 school year and
attends school through the end of (SEPTEMBER 30, 2015), you will receive a referral benefit of
$25 paid by check and mailed to your home on June 9th. If this same child re-enrolls at Columbus
Humanities for the 2015/2016 school year and attends school through SEPTEMBER 30, 2015,
you will receive a second referral benefit of $25 paid by money order and mailed to your home
during the month of OCTOBER.

Please understand that this benefit is no longer valid if your own child discontinues their
enrollment with Columbus Humanities for the 2014/2015 or 2015/2016 school year.

Please note that referral benefits will only be paid for enrollments where the attached referral
card has been turned into the school’s front desk in advance of enrollment.

Please note that the above benefits are on a per-child, rather than per-family basis, which
means that the benefit will be paid to you for each individual child of that family who enrolls
with Columbus Humanities.
Should you be able to participate in helping our school in this way, flyers are available at our front desk
for you to pass along to families in the community. We also ask that you please remember to submit
referral cards for each family that you refer as this is necessary record keeping for this limited program.
