Physical forms for the 2015-16 school year will be available Today at the activities desk. Students who plan to go out for a sport during the 2015-16 school year must have a physical on file in order to participate. The regular registration deadline for the June 13 ACT is May 8. To register, go to actstudent.org to create an account. You will use the ACT ID number on your ACT results from March. All students are encouraged to attend the all-school group physicals on May 18 at Columbus Family Practice. The physicals will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. There will be a Football Meeting for anyone interested in playing in 2015 on Tues May 5 at 7:45 in the Weight Room.
