PLANNING
The properties and plots are understood to be covered by
Forest Heath District Council planning permission no:
F/2009/0456/FUL with a decision dated 11 April 2012, for part
retrospective application – erection of 11 dwellings and the
retrospective conversion of Lakenheath Hall into three
dwellings, including garaging, landscaping and access off
Station Road and Hall Drive, as amended by plans received
on 25 June 2010, 12 August 2010, 23 August 2010, 24
August 2010 and 23 November 2010.
