From 3 to 11 May, Jin Shan , located at the Marina Bay Sands hotel lobby, will present four
exquisite Mother’s Day set menus starting from S$88++ per person. Signature dishes on the
menu include the braised Mexican abalone with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables in
oyster sauce and the delectable chicken platter served in three ways. Known for its authentic
and elegant Chinese fare featuring the best of Cantonese, Hunan and Szechuan flavours,
the restaurant offers unique lantern dining rooms for diners who prefer an intimate setting.

Unwind post-dinner over a tipple or two at Japanese Italian restaurant and bar Caffé B
located along the waterfront promenade. From 4 to 11 May, the bar will offer a special
Mother’s Day drink menu featuring unique concoctions such as the Blushing Cradle, a
Japanese watermelon liqueur with iichiko frasco shochu, fresh lemon and watermelon juices
and cane sugar syrup.
The restaurant also offers a five -course set menu at S$80++ per person, featuring two
main course choices: the pan-seared Kurobuta Pork Loin served with ginger shoyu
dressing accompanied by mashed potatoes and butter-glazed vegetables, and the panseared salmon on capers and broccolini topped with miso cream sauce. For reservations,

Mother’s Day is a month -long affair at Au Chocolat , as the restaurant offers an all-day
promotion through May. Diners can enjoy one of three May Poulet Specials on the
house with a minimum order of three a la carte entrées per table. Delectable dishes
featured include the all-time favourite classic cajun chicken bolognese and coq au vin.
