VX – RSY3RE
High Production single Jersey Raceway Machine with 3 colour Auto Striper at
all feeds. It is designed so as to be easily converted into a 6-colour striper
machine with minimal number of parts.
Special Features:
•Significant increase in productivity:
The increased number of feeds, eg. 72
feeds on 30” has greatly improved the productivity compared with the
conventional auto-striper machines. 50%
increase in production compared to our
model VX-RSYRE.
• Narrow width 3 colour auto-striper:
Newly designed narrow width 3 colour
striper(catch & release type) which can be
fitted on multi-feed machines allows for
stable striping at high speeds. This model
can be converted into a 6-colour striper
machine using 2 feeders for 1 striper unit to
knit 4-6 colour striped fabrics.(some optional parts are required for the conversion)
•Cam system for stable needle and sinker
movement:
1-race cylinder exchange cams with
provision for optional 3 extra
cam races. Stitch/raising separate type
cylinder cams and double push type sinker
cams ensures stable movement at high
speeds. The same cam lines for loop forming and knitting
elements(for needles and sinkers) as
“XV-RSY6RE” are used.
•Elastomeric yarn plating(optional)
Optional parts for elastomeric yarn plating
such as yarn carrier, yarn
feeding roller,MER, etc. are available.
Touch panel colour LCD for operation
panel:
The high luminance and clear colour LCD
greatly reduces the chance of making mistakes in entering and
confirming machine data, striper data etc.
Striper elevating mechanism:
All the striper units can easily be raised at a
time with the striper elevating
mechanism and this allows easy cleaning
around the knitting head and cylinder
exchange.
Fabric potential:
Standard: Plain Jersey, Pique, Tuck structure
patterns, Inlay fabrics with 3 coloured stripes etc.
Optional:4-6 colour striped fabrics, elastomeric yarn
plated fabrics, Hard yarn plated fabrics.
