Job role outline
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager and working within the Marketing &
Communications team, the Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for the capture and
production of digital content for Foundation and Norwich City Football Club channels, to support the
aims and objectives of the Foundation’s various programmes.
Aim:
To maximise reach and awareness of the Foundation and its initiatives for recruitment and evidence
of impact, to targeted audiences.
Objectives:
To provide digital content for use in Marketing & Communications plans, to deadline, that ensures
each CSF programme hits its objectives for recruitment and evidence.

Role specific responsibilities
• Key role in the production of short-form video content for use across the Foundation and Norwich City
Football Club’s digital channels.
• Key role in producing exceptional photographic stills for online content and print materials.
• Responsible for the ownership of assigned projects and managing the end-to-end production process.
• Ensure that videos are correctly optimised for delivery on each channel.
• Creation of motion graphics and animated sequences.
• Support Foundation match day activity and Norwich City player appearances in the community
• Utilise our content management system for website updates, including creating pages, adding content
to existing pages, changing and adding new images/graphics/videos, etc.
• Use data and analytics to measure, track and refine communications content and provide findings to
programme leads. • Contribute alongside the rest of the Marketing and Communications team to monitor and run the
Foundation’s social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Including the
population of content on Norwich City Football Club channels.
• To work towards completion of annual KPI targets through a performance plan
Generic CSF responsibilities

• To follow and work by all Foundation procedures

• To report to Line Manager and attend CSF staff meetings when requested
• To support CSF in other areas, activities and departments as and when required
• Any other duties deemed necessary by the charity Director/Line Manager
Role Specific Skills and Attributes
Essential
Understanding/experience of video production and management.
✓
Exceptional production skills, including lighting, shot composition,
camera operation and post production.
✓
Ability to produce strong photographic content.
✓
Ability to problem solve technical audio visual problems.
✓
Ability to script, storyboard and plan filmed sequences.
✓
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro CC.
✓
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CC.
✓
Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects CC.
✓
Experience in InDesign and Illustrator.
✓
Animation / motion graphics experience.
Desirable
✓
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and be flexible.
✓
Fluent in Mac.
✓
Experience with content management systems.
✓
Ability to work to deadlines and meet targets
✓
Full driving licence
✓
Experience and understanding of social media channels.
